About Me
Hello, my name is Jake Fisher.
I am a conscious personal trainer, health coach, and sports nutrition coach that focuses on connecting your mind to your body via movement.
I am dedicated to understanding your needs, restraints, and goals in order to create a program that will bridge that gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
Through the years, I have had some major physical setbacks that have shaped my view on sustainable health. At the age of 12, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and at 25, I was hit by a truck biking home. These real life lessons jump started my search for more - more than what traditional medicine was offering. Being on the other side of this 15 year journey of research and experience, I am driven to help others find their best self. Overall, I believe in patience with change, a dedication to one's own journey, and a deep respect for your body. My athletic background is in swimming, running, biking, powerlifting, crossfit, and Ironman triathlon training. With my passion for self-betterment paired with my athletic achievements, I am confident that I can provide you with the tools and guidance that will ensure a stronger version of yourself. If you want to commit to finding your true strength, resilience and maintaining it, reach out to me at 970-657-7323 and let's start mapping out your path.

“I’ve been an avid skier and mountain biker for years. I always struggled and could never seem to have my body keep up with how vigorously I used it. Jake wrote me a step by step plan so that I not only got on the right track for recovery, but have been blowing my PR’s out of the water.”
Keith Finley
“Jake can set you up for a lifetime of not only physical well-being, but great mental state too. He knows how to get you to push past the limitations you THINK you have.”
